Upon the hearth the fire is red,
Beneath the roof there is a bed;

A sudden tree or standing stone

Tree and flower and leaf and grass,

Home is behind, the world ahead,
And there are many paths to tread
Through shadows to the edge of night,

Well... gotta go find an airplane... maybe one going someplace nice.

No gasoline unless you want to sit in a line about 3 hours long. :-(

My car has a flat that occured sometime during the hurricane, so I haven't used any of my half a tank.

If I can get someone to change the tire for me (I'm ashamed to admit I don't know how), I'll be good to go for at least another 4 days.
