Welcome!!!
"We're so glad to see so many of you lovely people here tonight...

...We would especially like to welcome all the representatives of Illinois' law enforcement community who have chosen to join us here at the Place Hotel Ballroom at this time. We certainly hope you all enjoy the show and remember people that no matter who you are and what you do to live, thrive and survive, there's still some things that make us all the same...

...You, me, them, everybody..."
"
You know people, when you do find that special somebody, you gotta hold that man, hold that woman, love him, please him, squeeze her, please her, signify your feelings with every gentle caress
because its so important to have that special somebody to hold, to kiss, to miss, to squeeze, and please

I live in south central Virginia. Georgia is pretty in places, but I would never want to live there again. I had to live in Valdosta twice as a child.

I haven't been to a movie theatre since "Contact" with Jodie Foster(mistake). My neighbors are big movie buffs and I watch some of the current release with them when the DVDs come out. Can't stand the noise in the theatre, and can't stand giving my money to the Hollyweird crowd to slam my beliefs. Also find most movies aren't even worth the $2.99 rental fee. AWB

No, I can do it from home. I don't know why anyone would want a take-home test -- the professors make it extraordinarily hard.
When I was in college, the professor gave us a choice of an in-class test or a take-home test. Everybody immediately said they wanted a take-home test. I was the lone dissenter. I begged and pleaded with them not to do it, but they wouldn't listen.
The day we had to turn it in, everyone was complaining. The professor said with a smile on his face, "You never ask for a take-home test when you're given the option to take it in class."

Yes, I know. But I can't quit my program now. So I just have to stick it out for at least another year.

LOL! The only movies I get to see in a theater are children's movies with my grandchildren. Sometimes my youngest daughter, who lives behind me, will rent a movie for the two of us. Of course, I like action movies and she doesn't. :(

Confession; I'm a movie fanatic. Actually, I don't go to the theater as often as a lot of people, but I've started going lately more than ever. I love seeing a movie in the cinema.
DVD's are good, too, though.

I wouldn't live in Valdosta, too far from the Coast. Savannah is where I want to get back to :)
South Central VA tho is pretty, gorgeous country there.

My favorite movies are classics: film noir, the like. Nothing against modern ones, per se.
My top 6 favorites...'cause I know you're just dying to know:
1. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
2. Citizen Kane
3. Casablanca
4. Once Upon a Time in the West
5. Star Wars (all 6)
6. Jaws

If not, it is the product of a basset hound/terrier mix mated with a yellow american pit bull. The pit muscular signature stands out.
No doubt your vet was mystified.
I can see in his eyes he was a noble creature.

Here's my current dog:
Definitely yellow lab, but I'm thinking also a little whippet, or maybe greyhound. Your op?
This one's a hyper puppy. He's a real handful.

Hey GBU is great. Any of the Clint spaghetti westerns are worth watching. I also love anything Monty Python, and spoofs like Spinal Tap, Mighty Wind, Best in Show. Oh and On Golden Pond and the Harry Potter(s).AWB
