Welcome!!!
"We're so glad to see so many of you lovely people here tonight...

...We would especially like to welcome all the representatives of Illinois' law enforcement community who have chosen to join us here at the Place Hotel Ballroom at this time. We certainly hope you all enjoy the show and remember people that no matter who you are and what you do to live, thrive and survive, there's still some things that make us all the same...

...You, me, them, everybody..."
"
You know people, when you do find that special somebody, you gotta hold that man, hold that woman, love him, please him, squeeze her, please her, signify your feelings with every gentle caress
because its so important to have that special somebody to hold, to kiss, to miss, to squeeze, and please

I'm not that young. And my Friday nights are typically spent either (a) working or (b) working.

LOL! Well, I am a northern girl transplanted to the south. Upper Pen. Of Michigan for me, but left when I was 5. Still love the snow, though. I get as excited as the school kids when I hear of impending snow storms.

Sounds like a real menagerie.
We have 1 dog, Sammy, an 11-month old yellow lab mix. We have a cat named Leo. He's, um...sort of yellowish orange and he's got stripes (unfamiliar with cat breeds).
Before April 7, 2002, we for 9 years had the best dog in the history of the world. His name was Bobby, and he was such a mixed breed, even the vet couldn't figure out what he was. Here's his picture:

Where in the south are you living? My folks are all in the Carolinas and Georgia. I was back in NC in 2004 trying to get my "then" family moved down there. Things didn't go quite as I had hoped, so I had to come back to Montana.

Yeah, and I got one of my midterms out of the way this morning. I've got one on Monday, too, even though it's supposed to be Fall Break. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

He was in "I Know What You Did Last Summer." His wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar, was in "Scream 2."
Actually, I admire people who don't care a whole lot about neo-pop culture.

That's a bummer. Is it take home? Or do you have to go into the school?
