Any of you out there have experience with trying to get rid of this virus?
Norton says I have it, but they cant find it or do anything about it.
I had the same trouble.....their repair tool says it's not there but Norton Anti-Virus says it's there and it can't repair or delete the file....

Then kill the malware in the tool.
Be careful, this is a big hammer and you can break stuff with it.
I got rid of Norton, put in Mcfee. It says it is there. But cannot eliminate it. It can be gotten rid of by an involved process that is beyond my ability.
