I had the same trouble.....their repair tool says it's not there but Norton Anti-Virus says it's there and it can't repair or delete the file....
I got rid of Norton, put in Mcfee. It says it is there. But cannot eliminate it. It can be gotten rid of by an involved process that is beyond my ability.
