I was at work, but got cut because there were too many nurses, not enough patients, so Im home now and my baby is laying on my feet!!! LOL

Ah, but were there really too many nurses? They used to pull my nurses because of a stupid method that they used to calculate the number of nurses needed for however ill the patients were! Then we would get tons of admissions and all heck would break loose!
