Yes, my husband died jan 6 2002, so it has almost been 4 years, still hard to believe though. It was unexpected, he had a birth defect in his heart, that we discovered in the autopsy. We had a 17 day old baby, who definitely has kept me going. But its really hard to get anything done when he is awake and I have a bookkeeping business that I basically do when he is in bed. So, when I can no longer concentrate on my work, the posts at FR keep me informed on the news and entertained.

Well, you've found a good place to be, in my humble opinion. FR has been great for me.

That must be hard. I am sorry to hear that. All I can say is that I wish the best for you.

I hate to hear that. I lost my father 30 years ago, last July. I was only 7 at the time.(I just turned 38 last Sat.) I know it must be painful, but God will give you comfort, and help ease your pain.

I am so sorry to hear of your husband's death. You are a really young widow.
My husband died April 22, 2001. He was one month away from his 57th birthday and I was two months away from my 52nd.
He owned a business and tax service. I didn't know anything about running the business, so I had to sell it. The new owner kept the name as my husband was very well known here and liked. He had been a banker for 23 years before starting his own business. Now the business is up for sale again. It has changed from when he ran it. :(
