LOL! I'm going back and forth between here and reading. But I got caught up in reading for a while. ;-)You sound like your into books (I am). What are you reading?

Late to the party. Had ANOTHER bad week, at the shop. At first it LOOKED like it was going to be a good week, as there was a lot of work to do, and I DID get a lot fixed. And of course, this impressed the boss, who just encouraged me to "fix 'em faster".
Of course, he was NOT so jovial, when it came time to pay me. He still owes me $340, from this week. Now, some here, will say"heck, I spend more than that for breakfast", but to ME, $340 is QUITE a bit of money, for a week, to lose. I can assure you, that no matter how much(or more likely, if)my financial situation changes, in the future, I will NEVER spend that much, for just a dinner, UNLESS it is a fund-raiser, or something. Even if I win the Kiros prize next year, and get my script writing career off of the ground, I will NEVER just "toss money to the wind, consciously", I have been in the "have not" category too long, and do not intend to change, if I become a "have".
Now that I got that out of the way, I must add that I am glad that you all intend to be civil here, cause I have been slammed MUCH worse than Pcottraux was, over the year or so I have been here. AND, some here, tell me that "I have gotten what I deserve", pertaining to my financial situation, loneliness, being cheated by friends, stolen from, nearly carjacked at knife-point,shunned at church, lied about at church, etc,etc .....
And on a conservative site, it gets old,to be attacked so much................

This thread has been fun. Too bad it's only going to be a weekend thing.I agree. Why not expand it to be an everyday thing like the Hobbithollers do with theirs?
To: Paul_Denton
LOL normally I don't sleep much but when I am sick I do sleep more. I hope you feel better soon.

At one time I had three cats, one found me, the other two were inherited, and I wondered if they made king sized bunk beds. Sometimes I would actually get out of MY bed at night and sleep on the couch so the cats would have more room.

Shy doesn't begin to describe me. When I'm within 10 feet of a girl, my knees start shaking, my heart begins beating up my spleen, my lungs ask my brain what time it is, my hands start hitting my face for no reason...AND my tongue flirts with my eyeballs. Then I collapse of inner turmoilThat is how shy I am too.

my late husband was a tax accountant, i have piles of those journals in my home. I tried to read them a few nights, to put myself to sleep, but it was too depressing.

I love rock. Not hard rock, though. I hate heavy metal and rap. My favorite group is Train. Also, I like action movies. Not your typical granny, huh?I think you are very cool :) My favorite group is Evanescence.
I like action and sci-fi movies (especially Serenity).
