That is a classic. Have you tried E-bay or your local comic book store?

That's the very first copy of the National Lampoon that I ever bought. I did a "Google" search on it about a year ago (images)....you might try that.

I just read your profile.....
A fellow "Cannon-cocker" eh? 0811, myself.
I like your style, Mister!
As to "SS".....may the day come when that socialist ponzi scheme be relegated to the scrapheap of history.
I ain't gonna hold my breath on that eventuality, though.

How are you guys capturing these photos and posting them?
I'm a bit of a bone-head at this stuff.

While you're at it - how about the one with the cheerleader who forgot her panties. My personal favorite.

That's the first one I bought, too! I figured a mag that would have that outrageous a cover had to be good. I suscribed for years afterwards, but let it lapse when the material started getting stale and repititious.

Another Natlamp "dog" cover is the William Randolph Hearst quote, where the mom is whisking a platter with a cooked fido for the waiting, smiling kids. :')
Another favorite is the Santa using someone's chimney as an outhouse.
