Katie Holmes Continues Purge of Inner Circle
Katie Holmes fired her publicist of nearly eight years on Tuesday.
During her conversation with Leslie Sloane-Zelnick, Holmes did not mention that she was pregnant by fiancé Tom Cruise. The next day, the news broke.
In short order, since meeting Cruise in April, Holmes has now fired her manager, changed agents and discharged her publicist. All had been her longtime allies.
And let's not forget the broken engagement to actor Chris Klein back in March. That's a lot of activity for seven months.
Where does that leave our Katie? I'm told that Holmes has claimed Cruise's sister, Lee Ann De Vette, as her new publicist.
Pictures of Holmes from just a few days ago with Cruise on the set of "Mission: Impossible 3" are circulating on the Internet. There's no sign of a pregnancy, but there is a woman in the background of every picture.
She's been identified as Jessica Feshbach Rodriguez, Holmes' best friend since the spring and a high-level minder from the Church of Scientology. Her family has donated millions to Scientology.
As for Holmes' friends here in New York, the word is that not one of them has heard from the actress since she flew to L.A. to meet Cruise for the first time last April.

That's a perfect description of what's going on with her.
Cruise is really one bizarre man.
There is nothing disturbing about a pregnant fiancee yielding more authority and trust in her future husband.
What is disturbing, is her falling under Scientology's influence and control, where Tom Cruise already is. That's a choice she is free to make. I feel sorry and worry for the kid, and any of the public influenced by these celebrities to follow their example. Scientology is a mind bending evil cult.
Further on babies, women in the Scientology Navy (Sea Org) are forbidden from having children.
That's a very positive development. We should be grateful to them for showing the world what a crazy cult Scientology is.
Previous reports had it that TC shoots blanks. He split from Nicole because she got pregnant and he could not have been the father. These entertainment reporters ought to read their own stuff.
This is nothing but a publicity thing. As soon as MI3 comes and goes, so will their "marriage".
Sad. She emerged as a such a nice girl next door type which she apparently was back in Ohio. Her Catholic parents aren't too thrilled about this I understand.

And that is the way the "relationship" will end...with Katie standing holding a baby. We don't see the small amount of wise intellectuals in Hollywood. We only see the fools and idiots. Lots of them.
