Don't be silly - you know the rules. One Bosox championship per lifetime - no exceptions!!! depends on what you consider a lifetime....86 years is the definitive number.

Let me preface this by saying that I am neither a Yankees or BoSoxs fan. My statistical analysis has the Yankees (2-1)winning the division with a final record of 96-66 and the Bosox in second with 94-68.

2-1? How so? 3-0 Bosox.

One Indians fan here rooting for the BoSox. Hopefully the Tribe will win the wild card, the Red Sox win the AL East, and the Yankees go home!

AMEN!

Yeah but this time the Red Sox are the ones that collapsed and the Yankees are the ones that are going to win.

lol...Amazing. There were so many Red Sox heroes in the ALCS last year but some of their fans continue to obsess about a minor play that had absolutely no bearing whatsoever on the outcome of the series -- A-Rod knocking the ball out of Arroyo's glove. What makes this obsession all the freakier is that the ump got the call right.

My guess is that whoever out of A Rod or Papi have the better series will win this series and win the AL MVP....

continue to obsess about a minor play that had absolutely no bearing whatsoever on the outcome of the series What are you talking about!?

Jeeter scored on the play, A-Fraud was on 2nd and the Skanks were within 1 run of tying game 6.

After the umps got it right, Alicia was called out, and Derek was put back on second. BIG EMOTIONAL REVERSAL OF FORTUNE! Took you Bronx Bombed-rrs right outta the game.

And then of course, game 7 JohnnyD put the big hurt on ya early!

The umps' correct call took the Yanks out of the game? That sure is a strange way of looking at it. Sure, the Yanks' emotions took a short roller coaster ride on that play, but the Bosox were going to win that series even if the ump got the call wrong (which he didn't).

Prepare for a long winter, chowderhead.

Ohh don't worry I will.

Cuz the Pats will be winning the AFC East - from there, who knows.

As for beisbol, I like our chances.
