Now run the other spyware removers as well. And please understand that you recieved this via Internet Explorer in the first place...Most likely...So don't use it.

Make sure you reboot your pc and see if they come back.. I would also run a anti-virus and make sure you don't have a trojan in there reinfecting your pc after reboot.

Oh, get Firefox 1.0.6 (browser) and Thunderbird (email).
No IE ActiveX means far fewer problems. Internet Explorer is like a gigantic sewer pipe pumping crap into your hard drive. Same with instant messaging like ICQ or AIM. You'd might as well share needles with a Haitian queer.

The good thing about this is that I think we all learned some new things.

Great now here is some things to consider.
1. Use Firefox and install what I said on them.
2. Fix your hosts file.
3. Don't on click attachments.
4. Don't run software you don't know is clean.
5. Keep running spybot and adaware.
6. Get a router.
7. Do whatever else freepers suggest.

Isn't Firefox up to 1.0.7 now?

I have worked on many, many pc's that have been highly infected with viruses and spyware and only about 10% of them will come out 100% cleaned with out problems. With respect, you're not doing it right.

Not only does he have links to that odd site, the links are nested 3 deep:
<a href=...> <a href=...> <a href=...> young </a> </a> </a>
Perhaps as he prepared the text, he hit preview three times, and each time some malware in his browser modified what he had written to embed these keywords in that web link.
Nesting like that doesn't look like the handiwork of manual typing input. Rather it looks like a piece of stupid software did it.

Make sure you reboot your pc and see if they come back. Yeah sometimes they come back because they are part of a startup command.

I'm back, everyone. And, so-far, it's running smooth as Jessica's Simpson's legs.
This has gotten a tremendous response. Thank you all very much. FR rocks!
Is FireFox free? I'm on my way to get it.

Free as in beer and free as in speech.
You want it, and as has been corrected, you want 1.0.7 (the latest). After that, get Thunderbird (for e-mail).
Great stuff.
