Can DeLay beat this indictment that came down today? On the surface to me the indictment sounds rather political.

I'm curious about it myself
I need to read more
to make a decision...
I think the powers that be have been
longing for his throat for
quiet some time...

Did you hear about this? The same thing happened last year...

Is that the family were the parents are both marathon runners? Yep--the Gaghans. All four of them are runners, I think.

I know you like the sister team, but they are really too excitable for me. We were calling them the chatty Kathy's. :) I know :) They did sound like a bunch of hens. I am no longer going to predict by who I like. I am afraid that will be the end of any team I choose. :)
Okay let's try this: I LIKE THE PAOLOS AND I HOPE THEY WIN THE RACE!!!
(reverse psychology :)

I would kind of like to see them do just a US Amazing Race. There are many parts of the United States I have never seen and would like to get a chance to see. I wouldn't mind that either, really.
But CBS insists that this will be a "race around the world". How much of the world we'll see I don't know.
To: LA Woman3
Sportsbook shut down again? The last time they did that it was because they were getting an unusual amount of activity in one area for one team, like someone had inside information.

Phil at the very begining rather than saying this was "a race around the world for $1M" as he had for the previous seven TARs said this was "a race for $1M". I will be quite surprised if TAR8-FE leaves the CONUS.

Yes, same thing is happening again this year. I guess the AR contestants don't have a strict contract to sign like contestants on other shows like Survivor do....

If one of the families is leaking information then they could get sued.

"a race for $1M". Oh, I missed that.
To: silent_jonny
Then I wonder how this is happening again? Somebody is talking!!

Either that or somebody with access to the show is talking.

If one of the families is leaking information then they could get sued. Or forfeit the $1 million. I bet you the winners don't get the check until the series has finished its broadcast run and if it is found out the winners told somebody, the TAR producers probaly have a contract to withold payment.

Did Uchenna and Joyce get the money last season? The same thing happened when sportsbook.com had an unusual number of bets on them last year.
