Oh yes they do--they're all forbidden from talking about their experiences on the show until it's revealed that they were eliminated. If one of the families is leaking information then they could get sued. Or forfeit the $1 million. I bet you the winners don't get the check until the series has finished its broadcast run and if it is found out the winners told somebody, the TAR producers probaly have a contract to withold payment.

Did Uchenna and Joyce get the money last season? The same thing happened when sportsbook.com had an unusual number of bets on them last year.
