Well, the guys seem to have been feminized. They even performed sex changes on some of the characters. It's a female domination show..... the blond toaster is probably backdooring the Baltar character.
Ron Moore wouldn't have it any other way.
I just wish this trash would end. It's bad scifi; it's bad acting; it's bad writing... it's just plain bad.

I make bad shows I don't like end by changing the channel or turning off the television. There's many shows like Seinfeld or Everybody Love Raymond that people rave about and I've never watched them once.

Nothing against the late, Great James Doohan, but I'd rather have a mechanic that looks like this...

Yep it's the typical fantasy female domination fest - Xena, Buffy, now Femstar. Nothing to do with science fiction and everything to do with advancing feminista bs via drama. The "men" who wrote and produced this show have clearly traded in their gonads.

I love the Amazon archetypes. Lucy Lawless is a babe no matter how you wanna shake it out. Tricia is a bit of a rail, but with some feeding up she's easily tall enough for my tastes. Grace and Katee are buff enough, but both are about 5" too short.
Big, brawny Viking types like me don't play with breakable toys.

I make bad shows I don't like end by changing the channel or turning off the television. As do I. But the continued showing of this trash takes resources away from other shows, or the promise of new shows.
What's sad is; the number of peole that actually watch it and think it good. This is a show about a totally dysfunctional band of humans who should have been wiped from existence by now.<
I'm rooting for the toasters.

Never saw a pic with Kirk and Spock in red before. Fascinating.

Found this on another forum...
On the good ship Pegasus, it seems that the rape of a certain Cylon model was virtually a form of R&R for the coed crew. That certain lieutenant that Helo and Tyrol killed was from the Pegasus who decided to have his fun by raping Galactica's Cylon prisoner (Boomer). Tyrol and Helo decide to visit Boomer and find the rape is ongoing and they both rush in and stop it and that's when they kill the lt. by accident(This is from RDM's podcast which is downloadable from Skiffy).
Sso, we've gone from baby killing (in the mini) to rape gangs...
Boy howdy; this is SciFi at its best.

Although I'll wait a couple of days before seeing it, I'm with you. Been a fan of this series since the first episode. These people don't necessarily like each other, but circumstances have forced them together for survival. Just like your average family...

but you have to admit that Boomer is a huge upgrade over the original... Oh -- yeah.
Wouldn't mind having a few copies of that one! Or #6 either, for that matter!
The Cylons have certianly come a long way since their aluminum foil days.

What's sad is; the number of peole that actually watch it and think it good. What's sad is having your narrow little mind stuck on stupid.
So, you don't like it. Big f'ing deal. Go watch CSI. Find a thread where they're talking about Without a Trace or Hannity & Colmes or whatever the hell it is you like.

The Pegasus is supposed to be a more advanced Battlestar. I wonder how it got around the viruses of the cylons with its networked computers?Who says it did? Hmmm.

My, my, my.... that was a rather DU response.
The thread covers SciFi Friday, two thirds of which I like, but there was a lot on GINO, so I put my opinion in. And I will continue to do so.
Its trash!
Deal with it!

You feel threatened by agressive women, so the whole series is trash.
Yeah... we heard you the first time.
The wife and I both like the new BSG. Not so much the new SG-Atlantis. Pretty lame plot lines and mediocre acting.
