Paltrow has been pretty consistent in her loathing of America. When she was pregnant with baby Apple she told reporters she didn't want the child to be an American citizen. She also said she would have the baby in London.

Seems that her good pal Madonna let her in to the fact that socialized medicine in London was the pits and that only the poshest of hospitals in NY were up to her standards.

When she needs America for live and career she doesn't hesitate to take.
