Freeper Michael P.Tremoglie ( William Tell 2 ) broke a story on Free Republic about the floodgate project that was aborted in 1977 because of an environmentalist lawsuit. Tremoglie quoted Professor Stone of LSU stating that if the floodgates at the Rigolets and Chef Menteur passes had been built the flooding would have been alleviated. Just do a search for poster William Tell 2 the title is Compassionate Liberalism 3 Environmentalists may have caused Flooding
Yet Hannity and Colmes did not bother to credit Tremoglie.
This is a classic example of conservative's eating their own. Liberals at least will stick together.
What a shame. A smalltime freelance conservative journalist gets a scoop and the big boys won't even give him credit. So instead of maybe getting a chance to make a living he gets ripped off.
I am going to contact Hannity and Colmes and give them a piece of my mind.
Freep Hannity and Colmes!!
Your new screen name is Drama Queen
The last time I gave somebody a piece of my mind, I got back change.
>>>>Environmentalists may have caused Flooding
And the shuttle foam!
You're nothing but a whiney little.......
Yo Mr _hole
You can dish it out but you can't take it.
Hahahahahahaha
Believe me, I've seen 'em all.
If only I wasn't doing tequila shooters the night I picked that name.
At least you're not whining anymore.
I thought I read the same in the WSJ.
Oh how nice. What a guy. You were concerned about me.
Troublemaker!
Well you can't be all bad if you drink tequila.
Commerativo is my favorite (I think the spelling is correct then again maybe not. I just drink it I don't memorize the label.)
Not a single keyword accorded this thread is mine.
Actually I consider myself the thief of thunder, FR happy-curmudgeon and wildly disruptive spreader of mirth.
Well yeah, that too!
I thought I read the same in the WSJ.
Nope!
All this grasping for credit is very unseemly.
The New Orleans Army Corps of Engineers and Professor Stone were not the only people cognizant of the consequences that could and did result because of the environmental activists. While speaking with Sean Hannity on his radio show on Labor Day, former Louisiana Congressman and Speaker of the House Bob Livingston also referred to environmentalists whose litigation prevented hurricane prevention projects.
