There ought to be a law banning any more Hollywood adaptations of Dr Seuss books (Grinch, Cat in the Hat, etc.)

Most disappointing: Groundhog Day. So much potential, so little creativity....

Worst of all time: The Big Chill. I'm still pi***d that I paid money to see it.

"Punch Drunk Love". Gawd-awful. Would have walked out if it wasn't for my date. And "Tadpole" - if the sex roles were reversed it would have been nothing more than a movie about a 40-something pervert lusting after a teenager.

"...what is the WORST film you have EVER seen?"

"Vice Squad" (1986). The only movie that I've ever walked out on, and I've seen plenty of turkeys. I was even drunk but couldn't take any more.

The worst film hands down:

"I Spit On Your Grave"

I know it's old, but there has never been a worse movie (IMO) yet. Roger Ebert even agreed several years ago.

I'm not sure about the worst movie ever, but the worst movie to ever win an Oscar for Best Picture has to be Million Dollar Baby.

The characters (both starring and supporting roles) were flat and phony-the plot was shaky and relied on coincidence-and the ending was unfulfilling.

In my opinion, the previous worst "Best Picture" was Ordinary People, which really was an ordinary movie-it could well have been an Afterschool Special.

"Priscilla, Queen of the Desert"

any other movie that has men flouncing around in dresses.

In the theaters? Either Mortal Kombat or Malibus Most Wanted. Atleast they were both dollar theater viewings.

Ever? That is hard to say, Titanic was pretty boring.
