After many years as a Freeper, I bid you adieu. The New Orleans disaster, in my home town, has turned the owners of this web site into a girly man. I'm done. Robb can pander to the looters and the scum.

I stated that New Orleans was better off when real men shot looters. The comment was pulled.

I am convinced that evolution is fact, and that creationism has no place on FR. From your home page.
Given your statements of "fact" and your declaration that "Creationism" has no place here, I can't say I'm sorry to see you leave.

The individual is talking about PC-ish thread pulling and response editing at the expense of of the free speech that FR is supposed to be about. Freedom of speech is not a right of venue.

"There have been a few apologists for the looters. However, the vast majority of FReepers have been vehemently denouncing the looting, as well as the apologists."
That is why I am confused. The presence of a few apologists does not mean that the whole site is going to Hades in a Handcart. What in blazes is Soliton's problem?

I think he refers to the moderators concerns and warnings over race baiting.

Random question: Why do the rocket scientists that make such silly statements never see the irony in their accusations remaining for all to see?
