If I ever decide to leave FR (and I have no plans to*), I won't leave some dramatic or inscrutable opus.

Shouldn't each of us have an OPUS prepared in advance and filed in a lockbox with other important papers, i.e. passports, insurance, wills, etc.?

That way, at least we'd have something that might just need an edit or tweaking should we feel the need to fire off last words to FR. I would want to have something in the wings, so to speak...in the heat of abandoning ship, I'm not sure I trust myself to offer an OPUS worthy of the OPI Aficionados.

PC-ish thread pulling and response editing at the expense of of the free speech that FR is supposed to be about.

Owners of a forum have every right to pull threads that do not meet the standards they set.

FR isn't about "free speech". It is about discussion and and exposing the corruption and lies of the left. When people bring in stuff that is offensive or that violates the standards of the owner, he is perfectly within his rights to trash it and at his pleasure ban those who post such stuff.

As for solitron, nobody forced him to come here and nobody will be all that bothered by his leaving.
