Well, what does that say about his team if they were beat by a bunch of "little old ladies".

It may very well be true.
On the other hand . . . who cares?
Its just soccer.

I believe it was the last game the US played in Mexico where it turned really ugly. The crowd started chanting love for OBL and calling US players terrorists. Anyone else remember the details?

I've never cared for the public trashing of the opposing team, win or lose. People who make comments like this have lost a lot more than a game.

No, the Mexicans suck! They consider themselves the King of CONCACAF when in reality the Americans are now the powerhouse in this region. We expect the USA to como close to or to win the World Cup in soccer and the mexico team to go home again wioth their tails between their legs. Believe me, USA, Honduras and Canada are better than those over-rated Mexicans.

Apparently, he missed the second goal. That's okay. So did his goalie.

You go Donovan. Loved the way the team and crowd wrapped themselves in the American flag after winning. Some of the players were crying and kissing the flag. Beasley was amazing, the Mexicans were kicking and tripping him constantly in attempting to disable him any way possible.

Hey, Coach. Maybe your grandmother could play for the U.S. soccer team. Is it true that your mother entertained the Mexican soccer team?
