Third Season and Counting
Autumn has an air to it that hints at everything,
of fires on a shore with a lover,
with cocoa by the fire within.
Warm clothes bundling you up like worthy friends,
sheltering you from chill east winds,
making the day a place to play.
Holiday joys and meetings anew yet old as all of us,
exploring the time with surprises filling time,
with special things a heart can hold.
Burning leaves and soft evening rains to wash the woods,
scent the time forever in my mind,
echoes of the moments entwined with all your time.
Admiring a Lusty Potential
Sheets lay strewn in abandonment,
adorning her in satin mysterys sheen.
My hands softly slide over her body lean
her soft silky skin, my bedevilment.
I trace the line of her wanton lips,
recalling things they had done to me.
I smile, and lean in to kiss her fleetingly,
careful not to wake her as I caress her hip.
She stretches in her sleep with easy grace,
a soft sensual smile shaping her mouth with ease.
Her scent hovers about her, and I love its tease,
bringing back memories of her, in nothing but lace.
Like a fine wine, or a Masters hand at living art,
she is a treasure of mind, and soul, and heart.
What a captivating image does she impart,
imprinted forever on my lifes tattered chart.
I let her sleep, letting the hours fly,
lost in appreciation of my private gallery.
A measure of desire for a bit of debauchery
brings a gleam to my twinkling eyes.
Fingers move, and lips chase trails across her,
and she moans with awakening desires.
I lay close, and slowly bring her higher,
wondering at her subtle sensual purr.
I noticed it was chill in here this late, I'll just toss a log on the fire shall I?
Moonlight Fusion
She wakes, slowly stretching like a big cat,
taking immense pleasure in the private time.
Her body moves with sensual grace, loving that,
every muscle moving in that uninhibited way sublime.
The sheet slips from her body, slowly as if by plan,
and the moonlight highlights her as if a sculpture.
The light gleams from her eyes, and the fire in them fans,
promises, dares, and soft pleading for more, her allure.
Her hands reach for out for me, and I surrender fair,
knowing the moment will stretch into searing fire.
Her mouth is alive, kissing me, drawing me to her flare,
illuminating me, even as we join in fusion until we tire.
Her voice cries out in that moment, as two become one,
and the universe explodes anew, into scintillating debris.
Her hands clutch tight, bonding us, chaining us till reality comes,
cascading down levels of experience, until we are sundered free.
Good morning, Johnn!
Whew, you turned up the heat a tad!! Nice and warm in the Lair. Well, I am jetting off today for NY. Please keep the fires roaring in the Lair, eh, Johnn?
All wonderful poems. When I get back home I shall attempt to write of romance.
See you all tonight.
Covering all my bases!:)
Good evening.
Slow to Please
Her eyes are closed, intent upon her sense of touch so dear,
as I caress her with my fingertips as light as a feathers kiss.
She moans in anticipation of my next touch, her bliss,
and I drive her closer to the edge of passions abyss so near.
I lean down and kiss her, as soft as watered silk, and she cries out,
now weeping at the intensity raging behind her lovely face.
I taste the salty flavor of her and she begs a new pace,
but I am lovingly cruel, for I will control this bout.
With a deft touch and gentle skill I take her across the line,
her scream of joy echoing in the darkened room at last.
She arches up in total abandonment, seeking every pleasure past,
only to fall in a moment of exploding universes so divine.
Spent, she lays there unable to move, to speak, to think,
and I carefully move her, and cover her, here beside me.
Giving everything to her in that moment I am pleased you see,
for later when she is rested, it will be my turn at the brink.
Warm enough yet???
Hello Texas songwriter, nice to see you. I arrived home late last night, very tired from the trip, but so good to see my brother.
Hi Sam.
These days Voicemail is better than no mail.
Good find.
You getting some much needed rest??
Yupper, LOL. Nice work, all of it.
Oh gorgeous, I have not seen this bird. We have the Blue Jay on the East Coast. Hogs at the bird feeders.
