My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Love the graphic, sweet haiku, too.
KC, MO started to cool down at 12:00 pm today, now it's in the 60s. Swift change.

Deep breathing, faces glow,
Words and worlds have stopped once more.
Let us make them turn.

Two plus three make five,
And five and two make seven.
But one is alone.

Scorching sun setting
Gives way to nighttime's cool air
And the heat of you
Well, not you personally of course. ROFL!

"Hmmmm.... I wonder if Haiku can be Hot??
She moans in her need
arching up in ecstasy
on a silken plain
or
Gasping in her need
in hunger she holds me close
in raging release
or
Sweet fire runs through her
soft touches drive her to burn
amid inner fire

The touch of flesh burns,
Even when passion has cooled.
Some nights are too long.

Using three counts per line
and twelve lines
make a poem of passion
Passions burn
as hands grasp
as two lovers
soft entwined
hungrily
merge as one
and burn bright
in searing
sweet sweet need
under a moon
so silent
and so wise
