I'm making cupcakes in my new microwave. They turn out just fine, except they aren't browned on top...which isn't a problem because these are cinnamon crumb cakes and have a brown crumb topping!
They take 2 minutes to bake! And the kitchen doesn't heat up!

Well, I bought one of those Anchor Hocking Microware cupcake pans at the thrift store a long time ago. It didn't even fit in my little microwave!
They don't look as nice as oven-baked, not as tall and not brown. But the texture is just about the same and I suspect if I didn't say anything and just frosted them, no one could tell the difference.
And my jedis don't care what they look like anyways. Ha ha!!
Well, it's based on a true story. Wife and I talked about writing this years ago. Not sure I can say too much online 'cause there ~might~ be freepers who would recognize the story. I need to think it thru to make sure it's different enough.
Are we gonna have another chat option during this thing? I could share the plot then.
We should do a chat-view this weekend. Of something. NaNo cultists come early and leave Plot.
