Hollywood favorite Julia Roberts will retire from acting following her performance next year on Broadway.

The star of 'Pretty Woman' reportedly wants to spend all of her time with baby twins Phinneus and Hazel as they grow up.

'Juila is done with Hollywood and starring in a Broadway play is the perfect chance to make a graceful exit,' a close friend was quoted as saying.'

'She's been talking about leaving Los Angeles and stopping the movie roles ever since the twins were born last November.'

'She wants a change of scenery, a change of pace and a new challenge.'

"wants to spend all of her time with baby twins Phinneus and Hazel"

My gosh the woman has a way with names. These poor kids are going to hate her.

I applaud her for wanting our of Hollyweird. She has learned what is important - her family. Who would want to bring kids up in that cloudcuckooland when you have the means to go elsewhere?

That heartbreaker! To fill us with those unachievable dreams, then to softly steal away.

Oh, the injustice of it all! Why, oh why, does she toy with me that way?

Come back, Julia, come back! We want you, we NEED you, to build our fantasies which sustain us in our miserable existences, else we shall all go mad.

Ah, well, we may all turn to Shelley Long....

Wait for it...

Wait....

Nope. Sorry. I still don't care.

The remake of 'Charlottes Web' will be huge at the box office probably, that one has been due for an update.

When Hollywood is done making remakes of every film ever previously made, what are they going to do? Make remakes of the remakes? Look at this summer alone:

Did I miss any!? Has anyone seen it get as bad as this before? Hollywood is totally devoid of new ideas.

That would be a shame if they ruined one of the all time greatest childrens movies with liberal claptrap.

I assume Julia will be voicing Charlotte's mother

Well, this Four Brothers is apparently a reworking of the Sons of Katie Elder. Granted, it is at least a little more creative to recast something than remake it.

Does 'Brothers Grimm' count as a remake?

Most likely. Or – maybe they’ll be loaded enough that they won’t care… just go by “Zippy” or something “cool.”

Best one I ever personally came across was our insurance agent 15 years ago. Right there on his business card it said ‘U. S. G. "Bud" (lastname).’

Yes, the “U. S. G” did indeed turn out to be “Ulysses S. Grant.” He preferred Bud though. I guess I don’t blame him.

Ulysses is right up there with Phinneus, IMO.

Maybe I should have included Herbie in my list too.

Dittos. I give her credit for putting her priorities where they belong. Why would anyone want to have kids, only to have them raised by a nanny while she globetrots the world? Good for her.

Hooray! Most overrated actress ever!

Yeah, no kidding!

Besides, retire my left onion. She'll take up acting, it's just that it'll be in politics now.

Honestly, after having heard her speak before I think she must have the brain of newt.

I refuse to watch these stupid re-makes. I loved the original Parent Trap, the original Freaky Friday...

The original Charlotte's Web was excellent.

As for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, if I want to see a Mary Tyler Moore clone(Depp), I will watch the Dick Van Dyke show. Heeheehee

There were no other women on the Star Power A list. The rest were all men....

Cruise 100, Hanks 100, Roberts 100, Gibson 98.68, Carrey 98.46, Clooney 95.13, Crowe, Ford, Willis, Pitt, Cage, DiCaprio, W. Smith & Denzel round out the latest A list.

A new one is due since this one is older than it should be but there it is. Get any of these names and you are guaranteed distribution. Get distribution and you are guaranteed the money to shoot the project.
