Hidden deep in the rainforests of Central America, stand the ruins of an ancient civilization that once prospered, and then vanished. These were the Maya people, and this is the country of Guatemala.
These stunning cities of the past stand as clues to a mystery thousands of years old. While Europe was in the dark ages, it was the Maya who harnessed the knowledge of the stars, and the celestial movements, to create a mystical union of man, nature and the gods. It was a world of great kings, elaborate ceremonies, fierce battles, and even human sacrifice.
18 Survivors will be marooned within this mysterious and rugged terrain.
For the first time, the castaways will actually live within the ruins of a vanished civilization, and they will be forced to embrace the ancient Maya lifestyle.

That's a nice dream you have going on there :-) It's a shame these people won't let it become a reality. I would like to see Gary and Danni go that far as well, but it will take a miracle. You would think that StephaME would have learned a few life lessons when she was immediately voted off after the merge her first time around. Rafe seems to be the only one from that group with any sincerity and that's why I've decided I want him to win.

You're not alone. A lot of folks thought that was the case, but it isn't. The mini-idol could be used any time up till the final four, but it was only good for one Tribal Council. Once you used it, that was it. That was the way I understood it. Jeff said it could be used any time up to the final 4, not every time up to then.

I'm the only one who likes Cindy.. Is there a Cindy? She's been about as low-profile as any Surivior I ever remember.

I'm predicting a big shakeup of the alliance to start tonight. Rafe and Cindy begin working with Gary and Danni to take down the mega-alliance. Cindy's got to know that she's in the #6 position of the current alliance and she's gonna be running out of options quickly.
We may even see Rafe play StepheME before any visible shake-up getting her to dump Jamie thinking she'd still have the numbers in her alliance without Jamie.
Jamie goes tonight, which is the beginning of the end of the mega-alliance, and Gary, Danni, Cindy, and Rafe take it to the final four. That's what I'm pulling for, anyway. :-)

I hope your prediction comes true. This show needs a big alliance shake-up to make things exciting. If it continues on the path it currently is on then it will just be the same old boring stuff.

This show needs a big alliance shake-up to make things exciting.
I'm thinking that Cindy has to know that she's low man on the pole, so to speak. I'm also thinking that Rafe really doesn't like being aligned with Jamie and Judd, and he's primed for jumping ship.
Gary and Danni need to be feeding their fears. Let Danni work on Cindy and Gary work on Rafe and I think they'd fall over to Danni and Gary's side.
After getting rid of Jamie tonight, they line 'em up and mow 'em down. Judd, StepheME, and Lydia in that order. If the next person in line gains immunity, you go to the next person in order.
This leaves Gary, Danni, Cindy, and Rafe to fight out the final four. Cindy's been coattailing it, and will need to start playing the game if she wants to go further. That would be a good final four group, with all "deserving" of a win...

Gary and Danni need to be feeding their fears. Let Danni work on Cindy and Gary work on Rafe I agree that this is what Gary and Danni need to do, but based on things they have said in the last show or two they are just accepting the other alliance as non-breakable and hoping for individual immunity. Hopefully they will wake up by tonite and DO something to break up the others.
