Some on this listing perhaps shouldn't be included. Lee Remick, for example, was originally reported to have died of kidney cancer. But I'm sure the MSM wouldn't mislead us.

Everyone who has ever taken a breath has died. That's a 100% kill rate.

FWIW:

There are 39 people on the list above.
19 were age 70 or older.
20 were age 69 or younger.

Something's going to kill you in the end.
In addition, some on list (Andy Kaufman, for example) died very young, but never smoked.

Cigarettes are bad. Lung Cancer is terrible. All deaths are tragic. But the MSM wants us to believe that cigarettes are a greater evil than they are.

Found a website about celebs and smoking. Per the site, Gary Cooper and Walt Disney also died of Lung Cancer, and Humphrey Bogart died of throat and esophageal cancer. Didn't give their ages at death.

My grandfather. WWII Navy Veteran.

As a Navy man and an Power & Light employee he was exposed to asbestos.

He was exposed to radiation in Nagasaki 15 day after we nuked it, when he picked up the POW's to bring them home.

He also smoked for years in his younger days. Although he did quit 30 or so years before his death.

All could be contributing factors to his cancer.

My father also, only two weeks from diagnosis to death. I was just a kid at the time, and one of the few things I remember about him was that he smoked Camels.
