WTF? You sign on today to post that...what exactly does the military do kiddo? Sell girl scout cookies? Get a clue junior.
The military is a volunteer service...there's no forced conscription, no draft, no one forcing you to go...but once in...the military does it's job to harden individual soldiers of combat, which is not strolling down the street into a starbucks to buy a latte kiddo.

Amongst the Marines is Steven Preece's first-hand account of life as an elite Royal Marine Commando. You're right, people in the military engage in a lot of bulling. Kind of like fishermen do!
Instead of "I once had a trout that was bigger than my arm!", it's more along the lines of "you think your drill instructor was bad????"
If the problem were indigenous to the Marines rather than the author, most would have been court-martialed
I'd MUCH prefer a military made up of sensitive males (and females of course) who are just nice people. In fact, they shouldn't even have guns, and certainly not the best guns--that's SO unfair, isn't it?
Please, hit the autopilot so your spaceship can return to Earth. You're going to find the same mix of people in the military as in real life, except these "bullies" are the ones defending your right to bitch about them.

2) What is Bulling? I've ridden bulls, roped bulls, cut bulls and know BS but I'm not sure about bulling.
3) If anything basic training today is for wimps. Our DI's would knock the hell out of you, chew on your butt, and have you run and do push ups until you dropped. They saved a lot of lives.
Just blame the spelling errors on your limp wrists. They can make typing incredibly difficult.
