I am trying to find out what day of the week is trash day for most people. Please let me know what day your trash truck comes to your house.

Thursday, recycling evey other week.
Thursday. Garbage, Recycle and Yard Waste. $2.17 for each garbage can or large trash object (couch, rug etc) and Yard Waste. So for me it pays to recycle.
At Work it's Tuesday and Friday. At Home it's Monday!

I just saw this thread. My trash day has always been Tuesday. My whole life. Even though I have lived in seven different homes in 5 different communities over 49 years. It makes me wonder how my husband can forget when to help take out the trash, and whether the trash collectors only work one day a week! (I know they don't.)

another tidbit about trash day: I used to hate trashdays 'cause my husband would bring home junk from the side of the road just so he could take it apart. The final straw was when he brought home a hairdryer complete with the chair - in avacado green flowered print.
