Fires All Over the Earth

This very UNscientific mind of mine wonders: Is this much fire activity normal? How can people in those reeeeally lit-up areas of Africa survive?

I was in Fiji last year, and from the minute I got off the plane in Nadi to the minute I got back on to go home there were fires burning. I guess it's to clear fields for sugar cane, and to get rid of trash in the villages.

According to NASA’s information this detects temperatures over 360K or over 188 F.

It would seem to me if someone were doing some welding it could indicate a fire. I don’t understand this.

The envirowackos point at our SUVs and ignore the fact that South America, Africa,and Asia will soon be Dune, (hopefully without the Worms although you can pass me the melange por favor!)

You can directly blame the enviros here in America and CFC don't buy into the only rich nations argument. Follow the money though and you will see. It takes research.

The Hew and Packard foundations have over seas logging and mining interests. They fund the enviro groups here in America that file the law suits that shut down logging and mining here at home. No competition for their over seas interests now.

Our wonderful govenor Arnold her in CA is another good example. His enviro policy was written by the NRDC and John Kennedy JR. Both have large holdings in natural gas. Arnold has proposed using hydrogen for cars etc. We get this hydrogen from natural gas. Writing environmental policy to line your pocket book. Go figure.
