Elect a Senator and/or help me caption this pic

There is room for at least one more cRAT senator is this image below and I'm not sure which cRAT is most deserving. I know there must be several more who'd fit perfectly, but I can't think of any right now. So I thought I'd ask you FReepers to suggest one. (My first thought was to put mccain in it but, since this is more of a portrait of the party of insanity, I really don't want to include RINOs) ..... PS ~ I'd also like some help with a caption. I've come up with a few but none that I really like. Any thoughts?

Very nice work!

I'm plodding along with my WebTV and a gang of online image-warping tool sites.....
Cutouts of heads and bodies are rough without software.
I cheat by making BGs transparent - takes a lot of steps and workaround solutions to get rid of BG "noise "- but still often get a bit of slight white outline on .gifs

I actually use a little image software that came with my scanner......it's nowhere near as fancy as Photoshop but, if I take my time, it gets the job done okay.
