If as it appears Bush will nominate a moderate named Edith Clement to the Court, will the Right bolt from the GOP in next years midterms? Bush, someone I have been a big fan of, is turning out to be a heck of a disappoinment. He hasn't controlled the borders and apparently only used the promise to appoint "strict constructionists" as a cynical ploy to get re-elected. Bush, like his father before him, is proving to be a huge demoralizer for the Right.

Pan Fried Crow

2 eggs
seasoned bread crumbs or flour
oil or bacon grease

Preparation

Remove breast meat from as many crows as desired.
Beat with meat mallet (for tenderizing).
Dip pieces in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs or flour.
Fry in oil in hot skillet.
Bacon grease can be substituted by can smoke.
Leave inside a tad pink.

I'm without a doubt glad that I was a small part of popping the Edith Clement trial balloon. Now I just hope that John Roberts is a faithful, committed conservative and not another Souter or Kennedy.
