Good morning all! What a week I have before me! This is our last week before we start school and I've decided to go out with a blast. Matthew and Joshua are having Caleb and Stefan over to swim on Thursday, Celeste's kids over on Friday and Matthew's best friend is coming over on Saturday (the one that his brother has leukemia) to swim and play XBox. (They are both Star Wars fanatics.)
Steve asked me "Why haven't you been doing this all summer?" I just stared at him. LOL!!!

Yep!! It's supposed to clear out on Wednesday.
The funny thing is, the moms of the kids that are coming over on Thursday have made a party of it! LOL!! I was providing cokes anyways and now they're organizing snacks and such! I can't believe it. I just thought having a couple of kids over for a swim would be nice and now it's an event!
I'm so looking forward to getting back into the world again!

LOL!! I know what you mean! I was looking forward to getting more involved in my support group then all hell broke loose with that!
I find it amazing though, that these ladies just seemed to jump on the opportunity to come to my house and have an "event". A lot of times I think people like my kids and just put up with me. They must not mind me so much, though, because they coulda just dropped the kids off! Instead, it appears they want to come over and not only let the kids play, but visit with me too! I didn't even suggest it, it seemed so unlikely!
