I think that's an excellent idea!
We are so blessed to have Gnad working so quickly after he started looking. He was off more than 2 years and I think it was starting to bother him...even though he was very productive here. It goes to their core...to provide for their family. There is light at the end of the tunnel for you. I think it's great for him to take vacation to finish this...get it done so that you can move on. You're doing great at not nagging him...keep encouraging him with words that build him up and he will work so hard for you. God's Peace,

I don't have job security issues, not as long as I maintain my GPA, but I do have lack-of-money issues. Which I try not to whine about. Everyone's got those issues.
