Hi everyone! Hope you're doing OK this morning with a night's rest between you and that meeting.
FWIW, what's happened with you and C has also happened of late between me and S. Different reason, and probably more my fault than hers, but the fractures are just as lethal. I can't really talk about it online, my online words are what got me in trouble in the first place.
Caution, there's a danger in venting too much here, public diaries are just that.
I wasn't in the plane, my friend was! Hedges of protection are not good for airplanes! :~D

Nope. The fault's mine. Had to do with a wedding thread, and not even ~really~ anything said here in the HH.
Speaking of hedges of protection or whatever works best for planes...two of my siblings and a bunch of their friends are flying to Germany today for World Youth Day (I'm sooo envious it isn't even funny) - should be in the air in a few hours here. If any of you could spare 'em a few prayers for safe travel (now and during their stay and return), I'd appreciate it!
Flying up to Massachusetts on Friday afternoon/evening (I'm taking all day Friday off.) We're driving down to the Cape on Monday. We'll be there through Wednesday, I believe, and flying back on Friday.

The one that always really bugged me was praying for "God's will to be done." If you're gonna pray, ask for what ~you~ want.
Certainly Rosie.... what an exciting trip! I am sure there are no obstructing hedges that will bother them between here and there, and I'll pray for their safe and fun trip!
Heh... no, I get that but it's sort of, IMO, like praying "And can the sun please come up tomorrow?". It's more of an "Ok, I'd like this, but You know best so I'm gonna have faith here" prayer.
Yep. Hurting her wasn't my intent, and I've apologized, but I hurt her. I try to be tactful in my relationships, but I vented things about it that I never would have wanted her to see.
All this is just a caution, I know better than to vent about my husband or brother here (not that I have anything bad to say of course!) but perhaps we don't know who all may be watching.
How exciting for your sibs and friends to be going to Germany! Prayers up for them specially!! I know they're going to have a great time, especially since Pope Benedict will be 'coming home' to the gathering.
