New verse:

Still round the corner there may wait |

Home is behind, the world ahead, |
LOL!
Suzi - I have now put 13th Warrior in among my top ten fav movies list - LOVE Vladimir Kulich - fav scene is where Ahmed is trying to get Buliwyf to stop Herger from fighting, and Buliwyf turns his head justso and shuts Ahmed up.
Heh... for my parents' 20, we bought them a dinner at Ruth's Chris and my sister, who'd done chef classes, made a little wedding-style cake.
For fifty maybe they'll get something more impressive.
Except in Vermont.
Me 'n Stinky woulda sung fer ya.
That scene belongs in a novel. Truly.
Ah, yeah!
I thought it was delightful! Your wedding, I mean.
I hadn't thought about the hockey team in a while. A bunch of transplanted Canadians and a few Minnesotans. They'd known us forever...Steve played on the team when I met him and I would go and watch them practice. Four years later, they were all at our wedding...quite a compliment in a way.
Wonder where they all are now?
Lots of scruffy yumminess in that movie. One of my faves.
Well, some places DO have to be different! ;O)
Physical therapy.
LOL - yep, that pretty much sums it up...no Pretty Men there!
I sometimes feel that way about my whole life. Kinda like Carla Emery...you know how she's got all this unusual stuff sprinkled through her life?
That's why I relate to her so much!
That might have been worth bringing in chairs for :~D
ROFLOL!!!
I bet so.
We'll sing at yer next weddin'...
You must write some of this down. Your memoirs could be a best-seller.
>>Your memoirs could be a best-seller.
Heh heh...
I doubt it. But I'm afraid my conversations here in the Hole are as close as I'll get to a memoir. Musings and memories...
The composition of my wedding guests would have been totally different if I had married in other phases of my life!
If I'd have married my first love, there's have been big haired rockers there.... The second, the guests would have been college drinking buddies who all looked like pilot jocks. As it ended up, I was surrounded by some folk I met on the internet, all of whom, I might add, turned out to be real people!
~glares~
I'll not need that :~D
At our 10 year though.... you can sing :~D
