Where was he with protecting us from our enemies and serving for freedom during the Killing Fields he helped to unleash!?

He is saying that his imaginary world leader friends (King Friday of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood was rumored to be one) will not be stopped from taxing our gas to the moon in the name of environmental protection.

Or something like that. :-)

I said, during the election cycle, based on some of his rambling speeches, that Kerry can say less in more words than any one. Hardly any of his speeches make much sense or have much meaning when they are analyzed. They tend to be sets of meaningless ramblings.
