Hope everyone had a nice holiday weekend. Back to work today for most of us. Time for the kitty pictures. As usual, there is plenty of material to choose from.
Time for the Kitty pictures of the week.

Ooooooooooooh, you work for the EEEEVVVIILLLL Halliburton?
:)
We went looking at kittens yesterday. I need kittens. Bad.
Pictures, please, when you get some!
I had to put one of my cats down week before last. Down to one senior citizen cat. An Iraqi kitten sounds like a good idea!!!
great pic!
LOL Sandy! Did you want fries with that? ;)
Great picture but something tells me that is an IDF uniform --- Israel?
Thanks for the Kitty ping, Petroni.
Good for you!
Are you in the military? If so thank you for your service.
Mmmmmm... fries....
Actually, I used that picture or one very like it for an assignment in basic training.
No, I'm a civiliam\n contractor. I work in support of the good guys. ;-)
I'm sorry to hear that. I know it's so hard to give up a dear little furry friend.
I wish I could send the kittens over, but the logistics of that are just about impossible. We'll love them and care for them here and make sure they endup with good homes.
I will post pictures of them when they arrive. ;-)
LOL - I did work for them for 14 months over here. I switched companies a couple of months ago for more money and now I'm working in the Green Zone for another DOD contractor.
My kitty was born on the 4th of July and is named "Miss Belle" in honor of the Liberty Bell. We'd be honored to have a "liberty kitten" join our family! If we can do nothing but adopt a kitten long distance, we will be happy to!
My Dulcie was born on 4th of July! (She's on my Profile Page biting Clinton's crotch...)
I'll post pics of our new babies when they come along and we'll all adopt them.
I'm already thinking of "Tales of the Arabian Nights" names for them....LOL
Too bad there isn't a way to send them here with somebody rotating out. Each kitten would probably have five or six FReepers duking it out for adoption rights. :-)
Way to go Dulcie!!! Those 4th of July kitties are pretty special. Can't wait to see the pics of the babies. . .
And while we are at it. I'm just soooo proud of all my fellow freepers on this thread for taking care of our feline friends. After a full day of evicting widows, stealing food from orphans, and oppressing the poor, I'm touched that you all make the time to shower affection on the kitties. Really. . . you guys. . . </sarc off>
She had two stillborns and one little black one who looks just fine. (Kind of like a little rat...LOL) I just came from the Security office where the kitten was having her dinner off of Compound Kitty.
Will take pics soon and post them here.
We have a baby!
It's a girl! Hugs and congratulations to Compound Kitty! You midwives did great!
We think it's a girl. Compound Kitty is being very protective right now. While I was checking out the baby, Compound Kitty scolded me for getting too close. HAHA
Congratulations! Sad that the other two didn't make it.
I bet Compound Kitty will be a great mom if she's already scolding the curious humans! :-)
