Harassing the Tomb Raider?
Harassing the tomb raider? Thats pretty much what happened when an Angelina Jolie stand-in went to work for the Department of Homeland Security!
The Homeland employee once worked as Angelina Jolies stunt double before she joined the government, where she thought she would be making America safe from the real-life bad guys. Only it turns out at least one bad guy was on the inside of the agency.
The employee claimed her civil service turned into a made-for-the-movies nightmare when her supervisor started stalking her. She claimed she was the victim of sexual harassment and even sexual battery. But the former stunt double did not take things lying down.
When things got really bad she sought restraining order against her supervisor. A state court granted that order over Homelands objection that the supervisor had good morale fiber. She also fought back by filing a sexual harassment complaint, and an Administrative Judge with the EEOCs office in Texas awarded a judgment in her favor.
As for the supervisor, Homeland officials allowed him to resign when an Inspector General report found him guilty of wrongdoing.
---------------------------------------------------------The case is: Davis v. Dept of Homeland Security, EEOC No. 340-04-00317X (2005).
(Not without pictures, at least.)
breaking news?
Welcome to Free Republic...not a Homeland Security supporter I guess....perhaps a troll.

Whether or not someone is a supporter of DHS, there's no need to play an ostrich. Like it or not, that's the news. If you don't like it - go read something else (maybe, something whitewashed).
Do you have something to say newbie?
Do you like kitties?
You're spamming the forum with this same article. My question: "why?"
What does this news mean to anyone? This person had a a-hole for a boss, and he got what was coming to him. I see two reason for posting garbage like this. One, you think Repubs/conservatives are in favor or don't care about the sexual harrassment of women. The other reason is you are against the war on terror and somehow in your liberal, Dem underground mind you think this has meaning. It doesn't. Go back to DU and take your nasty attitude with you. They appreciate a tone such as yours...doubtless you are aware of this fact.
How you connect sexual harassment with the war on terror is beyond me. LOL.
Whether Republican or Democrat, DHS Managers don't care about sexual harassment (and help to perpetrate it), as this article clearly demonstrates. How are they protecting our borders when this kind of thing goes on there; during work hours? Sexual harassment is not about politics. If something like this happened to your daughter or family member, you would care about news like that. Keep your nasty comments to yourself, they're not very lucid.
