By the way, the documents as promised by dirty ben--surely the DUmmie "termite" in Seattle could have FAXed them or something, to dirty ben in Chicago--are ostensibly biopsy reports.....which answer none of the three questions.

Actually, probably dirty ben shouldn't bother, because posting the biopsy reports won't answer any of those three easy simple-to-answer questions, which would resolve the matter for once and for all.

Perhaps dirty ben could give the DUmmie "flyarm" a telephone call, and ask her to send him the diagnosis for pancreatic cancer, which the DUmmie "flyarm" alleged she had right there, right there in her hands, right there in her very own hands, on May 2nd.

That would answer one of the three questions, after which we would be 33% of the way there, making progress.

Thank you for the update, Frank. So, Ben still hasn't produced the promised document(s) that proove Andy had pancreatic cancer before the fundraising began? I was out most of yesterday and wasn't able to follow along. By the time I got home last night at 11:30, I was so tired I went straight to bed. I have a lot of catching up to do today!

Well, in your catching up, madam, rest assured you're not going to find that any of those three simple basic easy-to-understand questions have been answered.

This is the proverbial straw that is breaking the camel's back.

If this dx said 'pancreatic cancer' then it would have been plastered on bill boards from Seattle to Baltimore. It most likely says something to the effect of a 'tumor surrounding the bile duct' with a biopsy report that shows it might be 'consistant with cancer'.

The cadre is now hanging everything on a post operative dx thinking that it will satisfy 99% of those with doubts by using the 'see, he did too have cancer' theme.

It will not absolve them of fraudulent claims to raise funds though.

Actually, he was only promising to prove Andy had cancer from a post-operation analysis. Which is interesting, but does nothing to address the three questions.

If she has provided an accounting to these good folks, that information would be available via the FOIA route.

This in itself would hang sfexpat and others, even if they were led to believe in the 'pancreatic cancer' diagnosis and could plead that they were lied to. Everyone except flyarm, who had the dx 'in her hands' on May 2. Also flyarm would have known that the May 10th surgery was indeed untrue, as she was the one who set all of this up. She is the JHH person and sfexpat was the 'money' person.

Sfexpat is still in hot water if it is proven there was no May 10 surgery. She is the one who was on the phone with JH allegedly fuming and steaming over the misplacement of the checks in the mailroom. She also says she negotiated the payment arrangements, the $25k up front, then the whole $50k up front for the May 10 surgery. Sfexpat definitely can't claim she was lied to, because if there was never a May 10 surgery SHE lied to everyone on DU.

I am still caught up in the irony of the situation.

One side doesn't want him to have cancer.

The other side wants him to have cancer.


The irony is that his friends are sitting back hoping to get conclusive proof to shove in everyone's face that he has cancer. The people that have questions keep asking for proof that he has cancer assuming he doesn't have it.

What a dilemma.


The even stranger thing is that people like WP are waiting for something even more grave to happen from conversations he had with others prior to posting the lame proof on another website, but that timeline is now just about over. So either he lied, or he was lied to. Personally, giving him the benefit of the doubt on his integrity, I wonder if he will be disappointed when he discovers he was lied to? Only time will determine that and only time will tell us if he is mad something worse didn't come to fruition. Truthfully, it is quite a quandry to be in.
