Yes, and the courts are getting arrogant. They did nothing to make nice with Americans with this issue. They bit off more than they could chew. This can be a major issue in 2008: property rights. Who will jump on it? Hillary, I wonder? Talk radio is giving the GOP fair warning about this. They better not ignore the new media, just like with borders. If they drop borders AND land rights, that could be enough for the rats to get back in power.

You mean like Roe v Wade was in 1973. Funny I seem to recall much the same kind of talk then. I also notice these kinds of things happen most often when a Repugnat is in the WH. GWB will do nothing just as Nixon did nothing. When the courts found out they could kill babies and the nation only fussed they knew they could do anything they pleased. And they will.
