Private Property Rights in the USA 7/4/1776

The SCOTUS today pulled the feeding tube of the American Private Property Rights. In so doing, these 5 justices have finally confirmed the total and unconditional power of the government over the people. Washington, Jefferson, Adams and Franklin are turning over in their graves...........

The Constitution is just Judicial toilet paper and Congress and the White House are complaisant in this. If they do nothing they share the blame. Possible responses:

1. Impeachment (fat chance too many fat cat repugnats and corrupt demoncrats are all for this despite the rhetoric)

2. Cut the courts budgets (only needs 50+ votes and it is done)

3. Censor the court or hold hearings. (Drag them through the mud sunrise to sunset seven days a week four weeks a month until they scream like a little girl.)

4. Redraw districts and eliminate the troublesome sections (the 9th circuit court of appeals would be a good start, they may not be part of the problem this time but what the heck it is time to let them know we are done with them)

Apologies for acting as spelling police, but it's urgently important that all of us be prepared to go out and educate the public about this awesomely important issue that isn't even on most people's radar screens, and to come across in a way that doesn't open us up to any criticism or ridicule.

The term is "eminent" (not "imminent") domain. Both are real words, but they mean two different things. However, the term "imminent" does have plenty of applicability when discussing this eminent domain decision, as in "The end of our Constitutional republic seem imminent". No wonder you got confused . . .

If ever there was a time to say "From my cold dead hands" and really mean it, this is it.

One of these abominations is going on in my township. I wish the affected owners had the guts to put out a public call for the militia. They might be very surprised at who shows up to defend their property from the tyrannical government. I really don't think I could live with myself if I didn't answer such a call.

You mean like Roe v Wade was in 1973. Funny I seem to recall much the same kind of talk then. I also notice these kinds of things happen most often when a Repugnat is in the WH. GWB will do nothing just as Nixon did nothing. When the courts found out they could kill babies and the nation only fussed they knew they could do anything they pleased. And they will.
