Back in the days of the Hapsburg Empire, there was a town in Bohemia called Budweis. The people in that town were called Budweisers and the town had a brewery which produced beer with the same name -- but different from the American Budweiser.

What an interesting story! "Another gem" is right... Dr. Sowell is one of my favorite authors... in my "perfect world", I would like to see a mind like his on the Supreme Court...
And every other branch of government, too.
I am perfectly happy that there are fewer Budweiser's on the planet! ;-)
