DAY 54 DUmmies held hostage

You're lucky to have a daughter to do "girlie" things with. My husband swears he only makes boys. Bono is one of the better rock stars IMO. He's true to his convictions and doesn't let ideology get in the way. Rarely do you hear him bashing people who don't hold the same political philosophy as him and that's probably why he can find support on both sides of the aisle in this country. On more than one occasion I've heard him say how much he loves and admires America.

Regarding Bono, that's what I told her. His heart is in the right place. My point was that America is often asked to financially assist other countries and is constantly bashed by the rest of the world. I told her that we give money to Africa and it all goes to their corrupt leaders. I told her how Bob Geldof with LiveAid had to tell his performers not to bash our President onstage and even he said President Bush has been the most generous. Her bringing up U2 gave me a reason to let her know our country is good. She bought one of those white rubber "poverty" bracelets at the concert. She was very proud of herself. Any chance I get to talk to her about what's going on in our world, I take.

Just sowing the seeds of conservatism so that when she gets out in the real world, hopefully she won't turn anti-American.

In answer to your questions:

(a) as for the May 10th surgery date, no; there has been nothing to indicate that surgery had been planned for that date--and remember, this is involved in that second of three simple easy questions--just three simple easy questions that the Andyites flat-out mule-like obstinately refuse to answer, resorting instead to distract by bells-and-whistles, and name-calling.

If the Andyites would have just stuck with the relevant issues, the pertinent issues, as given in these three simple easy questions, this would have been over a very long time ago, and the DUmmies left in peace.

They are avoiding those three simple easy questions because the answers, if answered, would betray this whole thing to be a fraud, a scam. They have been challenged to answer these questions--even offered $10,000, remember--and every time, they have ducked with diversions; diversions that amuse everyone, but which are, in the end, pointless.

(b) as for income and assets, normally that is considered confidential information.....excepting in fund-raisers, legitimate or otherwise, based upon the premise that the individual is poor, and needs help.

One suspects no financial information is given simply because the red round one is not impoverished; by his own words, he owns a significant piece of real-estate in Seattle, and little more than two years ago possessed substantial gold coinage and was to receive a $70,000 inheritance; also, he is of means well enough that he does not have to "bother" cashing a $4,000 paycheck from Bev Harris.

At first--54 days ago--it appeared that the red round one was a "wannabe" among his supporters; all of them rich white middle-ageds with the mentality of kids; that he wanted to have money, like they did. It no longer appears that way; it appears the red round one is just as awash in cash as his supporters, these other rich kids.

Yep, nothing going on over there(Malloy) except some idiot serial posting lame responses to days-old posts.

Observations:

1. This same idiot noted that Andy would need to be a super genius to manage to rip off people from hundreds of "progressive" websites. This is not the case, obviously, when the "progressive" community refuses to look at any of the facts and instead turns it into a personal issue, defending one of "their own" against the horrible "FReeper Menace."

2. The idea that this entire series of events is being orchestrated as part of a plan to get revenge on ben for some internet-board conflict a year ago is not even on the same plane of reality as most normal people. Ben, this isn't about you. What an ego.

In comparison, the idea that this is all orchestrated by the RNC to preserve our Rovian hold on the levers of participatory democracy from the Red Round Savior seems almost sane.
