Michael Savage Broadsides Rush (Calls "Hush Bimbo" a Snagged Elephant, and WORSE)

It seems to be a daily occurence... Savage, the ultimate looney nutcase, blasts President Bush from every angle, then broadsides Rush and Sean. He constantly calls Rush "Hush Bimbo", says he's nothing but a GOP mouthpiece, says that he's disgusted by Rush's constant self-promotions...
NO ONE, not even Sean, does more shameless self-promotioning than this moron.
He also said that Rush thinks his listeners are idiots, and talks to them in that way.
What a loser, what an IDIOT.

And he is right on about Rush being stringed up because of his drug addiction and pill peddling...
the Dems have effectively silenced him.

Actually I agree with Savage's views on canibus. But frankly that's not the major point of this thread.
My point was that if all the complaints about Savage on this board were well taken, he wouldn't be up to third in the ratings nationwide.
I like hearing him take on Bush/Rove on immigration and trade policy. Living in Southern California I don't find the Administration very comforting on these issues. Sean and Rush have been absolute lap dogs on these issues offering infrequent criticism that gives new meaning to the term tepid.
If I have to be a Bush/Rove Kool-Aid drinker to be considered a "good conservative" then forget it. (That's why God invented the First Amendment.)

"I am from Brooklyn(Canarsie)"
I grew up in Canarsie and lived on E 89th st.
As far as Savage, he is the Howard Dean of conservative talk radio.

I can only take his shtick in small doses, and my wife not at all. And I can't have him on with the kids around; I sure don't want them growing up to talk that way.

tHIS from the man who say's that Bush and Clinton have put in the FIX to get Illary elected in 08?

Well no one is a more shameless self promoter than Savage either. And thats fine too.
Incidently, this thread that is posted is out of context in its portrayal. This was on his show last night and he was responding to a caller who was saying all of this. He didn't "blind side" Rush imo.

Savage is da man!!! I like how he takes both parties to task, in short, I admire his independent conservatism.Islam...illegal immigration...all of his hot button issues. They are NOT conservative versus liberal issues. What about Savage makes you call him "conservative"?

I am from Brooklyn(Canarsie) you moron. Again putting words in my mouth. I don't like HIS accent and I don't like HIM. It has nothing to do w/ Jewish accents. Is English your first language? It would have been better if you simply avoided a irrelevant attack on Michael, regarding his name and his accent, in the first place. Please stick to the issues.

Rush and Hannity are GOP mouthpeices... explain how this Savage stating this is offensive to you?
and he only rips on Bush on certain issues... not all.

That idiot Levin sold 150,000 books; Savage less than 60,000.

For what it's worth, here is this Freeper's preference list:
1)Rush Limbaugh
2)Laura Ingraham
3)Sean Hannity (in small doses)
I listen to Savage occasionally to be ENTERTAINED since I don't consider him a true conservative--more of a social issue type of guy. I listen to the others to be EDUCATED. They all have their virtues (especially Laura...know what I mean?)

Why do you act like he is your friend? You are on a first name basis with him? Wanna talk about sticking to the issues? You claimed I compared his ideology to Schummer's. You also stated I don't like Jewish accents. I successfully debunked both. Now you are grasping for straws. Take a deep breath and go read "Savage Nation" again.

Ive heard him say that often too. I thought it was professional courtesy that you never bad mouthed your fellow talkshow hosts. Ive never heard Rush or Sean ever say derogatory things about other guys on the air.
That being said, I listen to him simply because I am a talkshow junky and I kinda enjoy his off the wall rants about almost everything. I really get a kick out the helpless loser who makes the mistake of calling in to the show only to have the Savage go ballistic on him.....
To: NYC Republican
Savage is not a Conservative anyway. He claims to be an independent. He also talked, yesterday, about how Bush can't wait to get out of office. He can't see him pushing through any significant legislation. He felt Bush is becoming too weak in protecting our troops as well as our trade deficit. Etc etc....

You claimed I compared his ideology to Schummer's. You also stated I don't like Jewish accentsI ASKED if you don't Brooklyn Jewish accents? You said he "sounds like Schumer"...most people would take that to mean he spouts the same rhetoric. Your actual complaint was irrelevant. You have no substantive criticism of Savage. Please stop wasting my time.
