Prayer requested for the niece of trussell

I need to ask for prayers for my niece.
She is 22 years old, and was in a very serious auto accident today.

Her legs were pinned, and her upper body was thrown sideways. Her doctor says there is a blood clot in her leg, and her muscle in her leg is like ground meat.

They are observing her, but have not chosen to do surgery.

She lied and claimed responsibility for the accident because the other driver was a 15 year old who was speeding and talking on a cell phone. My niece didn't want the younger girl to get in trouble.

My sister has tried to talk to the police about this, but they wont let her submit a statement because she wasn't a witness to the accident. She is trying to tell the police what her daughter told her, so they can investigate the scene and find the truth.

Praise God my great nephew wasn't in the car with her. He is just barely a year old, and was with his grandma (my sister) when the accident happened.

Both cars are totaled!

I am sorry to hear of your niece's accident. I pray the Lord will touch her with healing, both physical and emotional.

I pray, too, that the legal issues will be straightened out, and that your niece's innocence will be proven by an expert accident investigation.

I also pray for strength and wisdom for your sister, to see this through while taking care of the little boy.

God bless and be with this entire family, and please Lord let some lasting good come from this awful incident.

Faith, you prayed for my son when his leg was mangled in a motorcycle accident. The doctors saved his leg and after rehab, he recovered full use of it. He walks with a slight limp, but is able to drive, work, and lead a normal life.
