I need to ask for prayers for my niece. Her legs were pinned, and her upper body was thrown sideways. Her doctor says there is a blood clot in her leg, and her muscle in her leg is like ground meat. They are observing her, but have not chosen to do surgery. She lied and claimed responsibility for the accident because the other driver was a 15 year old who was speeding and talking on a cell phone. My niece didn't want the younger girl to get in trouble. My sister has tried to talk to the police about this, but they wont let her submit a statement because she wasn't a witness to the accident. She is trying to tell the police what her daughter told her, so they can investigate the scene and find the truth. Praise God my great nephew wasn't in the car with her. He is just barely a year old, and was with his grandma (my sister) when the accident happened. Both cars are totaled! Please keep all involved in your prayers.
