Heh, yeah, that international shipping will kill you. One of my friends is in Switzerland with her family for the summer and she's gonna be offline for a week, waiting.
Glad you got under the wire! Can't be without your book! And I admire your fortitude... we can wait overnight, but the next day, we're up and running.
Hmmm.
Bummer on the order. I ordered the #5 novel in the Stephanie Plum series but it won't be here until about the 27th. I'll go nuts before then. I've already started re-reading the first four because I refuse to read #6 even though I have that one already. Might have to make a special trip to a further away bookstore to get it. Oh the agony.

Ok, I give. What's the deal?
We're just speechless...
We watched that movie on the plane on the way back from Entmoot. We use it as an example of a movie one might use to put someone into a coma ;~D We thought it was really bad!
Sorry ;~D
Teehee
Alas, now it is over. I'm going to go work on a chick-flicky book. :)
Both SSQ and I liked that one!
I haven't been to the library yet, but I know they have all of her books at our local branch.
Evening, How about "Northwest Passage" with Spencer Tracy and John Payne?
An all time favorite of ours is "the Wind and the Lion" Sean Connery, Brian Keith Candice Bergen et al. Well done, not especially historically accurate but good story line, costuming and weaponry. hmmmm. weaponry
*Sigh* Cary Grant.
Heh, still lots of thunder and lightning and little rain. Gypsygirl is not a happy camper.
We saw NbNW some time ago, pretty good as I recall.
Evenin' folkses... [sip]
Yet another day of dogs and ponies... done. Woot.
{{{Rutheee!}}} Hope you're all hangin' in there...
Of course it does ;~D
Good evening! Don't 'spect storms till after midnight, meaning Steve's not gonna get much sleep tonight.
I'm checking the weather online for him...yeah, that's the ticket.
What sort of roller coasters are available to you?
End o' July I hope to be on some pretty good coasters at Michigan's Adventure, which started when a guy with some land bought a used coaster. Now it's a big amoozment/water park run by a Giant Amoozmnet/Water Park Corporate Conglomerate.
