Oh, and let's not forget any movie or TV show featuring Dan Haggerty as a scuzzy trapper-slash-mountain man

Hey, Grizzly Adams was the coolest! At least he was when I was 5 years old (LOL!). I didn't know that is was a horrible show and that the star was a big cokehead.

"Undercover Angel"
"The Night Chicago Died"
"Seasons in the Sun" (ughhh!)
"Feelings"
The Bay City Rollers...
and anything by Gilbert O'Sullivan or Leo Sayer(the sonic emasculators)

There was a song called Chevy Van. Had to be the world's cheesiest song!

Beat out by "Me & You & A Dog Named Boo"

Followed closely by that lame song about the lost dog "Shannon"

"Undercover Angel"

Aaack! My suster had that 45 and played it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

Then, in 1976, Bob Dylan released "Desire," and I got her back good.

Yes I agree -- Karen Carpenter's voice was EXCELLENT. And she became the first celebrity covered in re Anorexia. RIP. And while we are on the quick subject of female voices from the 70s.... Ahem.. "People" "Secondhand Rose" "Stony End"... NAME THAT SINGER! (heeehee)

Oh my! I'm gonna take awhile to digest your post!

But John Denver has to be near the top of cheesy singer/sonwriters!

Afternoon Delight or whatever it's officially called. It's a trio, hysterical.

Decent movie. I LOVE Will Ferrel. Old School is classic.
