Yeah, after I posted it I realized those two don't jibe with each other.
Every night,as soon as the hubby walks in the door, he pops one open! I'll have the Coors Light or a glass of wine! I can only drink one Yuengling!
Haven't been there in years.
Bud Good! Me like Bud.
Being surrounded by yuppies and their microbrews of the month and beer snootiness has driven me back into the arms of American pilsner. I have a garage fridge full of Bud Light and PBR. Now is the time for beer from vats the size of New Hampshire.
What we have to do is line up a senator to replace McLame- good and strong conservative - Maybe borrow from the House side like John Hadegg. Perhaps our district attorney Romley might decide to go higher up in the political atmosphere?
Beer on a composte pile is a good additive. I perfer to drink the beer and then put it on the compost pile.
Brewed by D.G. Yengling & Son Inc., Pottsville PA. I just plucked one outta the husbands "beer drawer" a/k/a meat drawer.
I don't drink beer, so it doesn't matter to me. I'm surrounded by yuppies and snobs as well.
I don't drink beer here in the United States. Now, if I could find something like John Smith's Best Bitters, I'd happily buy it. Damn those Brits that got me hooked on the stuff all those years ago.
I asked my neighbor if this was a good idea, but he passed out and broke his nose. Said later he was going to have to research the idea a little more.

Family troubles: McCain has a reputation as a politician who has difficulty keeping his pants zipped, according to Republican sources. He acknowledges that his adultery broke up his first marriage. His second wife Cindy, the daughter of a wealthy Budweiser beer distributor, was addicted to prescription narcotics and even stole hard drugs from a medical charity that she ran. McCain acknowledges that she didn't want him to run, and only agreed once he promised that she doesn't have to go to New Hampshire or Iowa

South of Camelback Rd., Grand and 43rd Avenues another spur cuts west across 43rd Avenue to reach the Santa Fe Industrial Park, whose major tenant is Hensley Distributing, the local Budweiser distributor. Golden West Service boxcars (GVSR) predominate here.

Yuengling hasn't sold out to A-B, as far as I'm aware.

I must be misinformed. I thought that part of the reason that they expanded so rapidly and were able to brew and distribute over such a large portion of the country so quickly compared to their previous territory was that they got bought by one of the big breweries.
Let me know how it goes when you fail this test.
Me too! (AB stock, anyway)
Those of us who are getting educated and the local bars have 5 dollar all you can drink specials.
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING TO BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT THE STINKING RINOcrat PARTY. Withhold your votes. That will get their stinking attention more than boycotting a beer company.
Not gonna happen. I prefer to drink actual beer.
You're thinking of my brew, Rolling Rock, which is now owned by Labatts which is owned by Belgium's giant company. Interbrew? something like that.
They have certainly upped the promotion and availability of Rolling Rock, but it is all still made in Latrobe. (Though they are now packaging 30 packs in Wisconsin due to having the machinery there to do so and not in Latrobe.)
